We have two types of contract with flexible terms:


BY HOUR (part time)

With a minimum of 80 hours required in the first month, after that you can terminate a contract at any time with no penalty.


BY MONTH (full time)

With a minimum of 1 month contract.  After the first month you can terminate a contract at any time with no penalty.  


95% of our clients renew.

Our professionals are located in Latin America, with almost the same time zone as the US, so it is very easy to adapt.

This brings huge advantages when it comes to efficiency, meetings and follow up for deliverables.

All of our professionals have worked on US-based projects for 3 to 5 years, with vast experience with US building codes and imperial measurements. 

All of our professionals are fluent in English.

We invoice on the first day of every month.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Wire Transfer
  • ACH

We do not accept checks.

 Hardware is provided by our remote professionals, while AEC software license is provided by your firm.

BKLB is a US registered LLC, so for all taxing purposes, we provide our clients with a W8.
